Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling and accommodate other patients, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need of treatment.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the treatment value will be charged.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis.
